Refund Policy

Service-based engagements
Cloudteor operates on milestone-based payments. Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Unstarted milestones can be cancelled with written notice.
Discovery sprints
Discovery sprint fees are non-refundable once the engagement has started, as the deliverables (research, architecture, plan) are produced during the sprint itself.
Disputes
If you are unhappy with the quality of any deliverable, contact us within 14 days and we will work in good faith to remedy the issue at no additional cost.
